Ingredients
for 18 waffles
- 1 cup of flour (400g)
- a pinch of salt
- 1 teaspoon rhum
- a pinch of cinnamon
- 3 eggs
- ¼ cup of sugar (50g)
- 1 stick melted butter (125g)
- 1 cup of milk (¼l)
Directions
- Put the flour in a big bowl
- Add the salt and sugar, butter, rhum, cinnamon and the egg yolks
- Stir gradually everything with warm milk, to get a paste without lumps
- Slowly add the beaten egg whites
- Cook in the waffle maker on a medium-heat position
