Waffles

Ingredients

for 18 waffles

  • 1 cup of flour (400g)
  • a pinch of salt
  • 1 teaspoon rhum
  • a pinch of cinnamon
  • 3 eggs
  • ¼ cup of sugar (50g)
  • 1 stick melted butter (125g)
  • 1 cup of milk (¼l)

Directions

  • Put the flour in a big bowl
  • Add the salt and sugar, butter, rhum, cinnamon and the egg yolks
  • Stir gradually everything with warm milk, to get a paste without lumps
  • Slowly add the beaten egg whites
  • Cook in the waffle maker on a medium-heat position
  • Enjoy with lot of love
